Limited Warranty

This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product and covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

Warranty Claims

● To Make a Claim: To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact us at shredtag@shredtag.com within the warranty period and provide proof of purchase.

● Our Responsibility: Upon receipt of a valid warranty claim, we will, at our sole discretion, (i) repair the defective Product, (ii) replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished product, or (iii) refund the purchase price of the Product.

Exclusions and Limitations

● This warranty is void if the Product is used in any manner that is inconsistent with the intended use, including but not limited to:
